DUI Services
DUI Services are offered to any individual arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs (DUI) to meet the Illinois requirements prior to sentencing for a DUI offense.

DUI Evaluation: A DUI evaluation is required when loss of driving privileges are due to a DUI arrest. Before you can begin any DUI classes or treatment, you must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation. Results of an evaluation will be ready within 48 hours.
Early Intervention Program (EIP): Group takes place on Fridays from 12:00pm - 2:00pm | 6 group sessions total (12 hours).
Risk Education: Group on Thursdys from 6:00pm - 8:00pm | 5 group sessions total (10 hours).
Treatment Hours: substance use assessment required.

DUI Evaluation - $200
Early Intervenion Program (1x per week for 6 weeks) - $35 per hour = $420 total
Risk Education (1x per week for 5 weeks) - $150
Secretary of State Investigative Evaluations - $225
Additional Required Paperwork - $40 per hour
