DUI Services
DUI Services are offered to any individual arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs (DUI) to meet the Illinois requirements prior to sentencing for a DUI offense.

DUI Evaluation: A DUI evaluation is required when loss of driving privileges are due to a DUI arrest. Before you can begin any DUI classes or treatment, you must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation. Results of an evaluation will be ready within 48 hours.
Early Intervention Program (EIP): 6 group sessions total (12 hours)
Risk Education: 5 group sessions total (10 hours)
Treatment Hours: substance use assessment required.

DUI Evaluation - $200
Early Intervenion Program - $35 per hour = $420 total
Risk Education - $150
Secretary of State Investigative Evaluations - $225
Additional Required Paperwork - $40 per hour
