Full-time position, 2nd shift, 3-11pm. Candidates need to be English/Spanish Bilingual, Bachelors Degree required.

Crisis Intervention Advocate (CIA).
Two part-time positions are now open. Both require bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Position 1): 1st shift– 2 days/week–Thursdays and Fridays, 8am-4pm.
- Position 2): 2nd shift–3 days/week–Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 4pm-11pm.
Summary–When a victim of domestic violence or sexual assault decides it is time to reach our for help, the first person they talk with at Mutual Ground is the CIA. The person in this position would provide crisis intervention over the phone to victims of domestic and and sexual assault. When on duty, they ‘man’ the agency’s front desk, answering the multi-line phone system. The CIA provides information and referrals to hotline callers and responds to immediate needs of shelter residents.
